Every one of our Complete Care facilities becomes an integral presence in the community.
I toured the facility after hours and was greeted by a woman who was a manager. It was by 4th tour of the day and by far the best. I chose this facility based on word of mouth from friends. I liked the smaller size-it felt like a family. The building did not look institutional- I thought it was part of the Marriott Resident’s Inn. The hallways did not smell, there were 3 dining rooms and my family member had a lot of food choices even with her special diet. The rehab services were good and there was therapy on the weekends. The nurses and aides made my mom smile and they kept me informed. Once or twice I had some minor concerns and the Administrator called me on the weekend and addressed the concern. My mom was happy and I would recommend this place.
